Who is Mizan for?
Mizan is built for a business selling its own catalog, especially one managing cash-on-delivery orders. Each merchant uses a separate storefront, admin panel and database.
Is it a marketplace?
No. Mizan is a single-merchant store. Vendor accounts and marketplace settlements are not part of this product.
Which payments does the store support?
The current checkout supports cash on delivery. The admin records collections and manual refunds; it does not transfer money. Online card payments would need a separately agreed integration.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. The product supports merchant branding and your own domain. We agree on the branding, catalog and configuration work in your proposal.
What does it cost?
We install your store on accounts you own. Ask for a quote based on your catalog and setup needs. Your written proposal will specify delivery, recurring hosting costs and any agreed support or customisation before purchase.
Do I get the source code and ongoing support?
Source access, licence terms, installation, training, support and updates are agreed in writing before purchase. There is no implied lifetime-support package.
Is the demo a real shop?
No. Its products, customers, reviews and order history are fictional examples. The public admin demo offers view-only access with no signup or password. It does not accept real purchases or send customer messages.
